TELEHEALTH
The use of telecommunications technology, such as computers and mobile devices, allows me to provide professional counseling and consulting services remotely. The goal of telehealth is to make these services more readily available for those who are unable to attend an in-therapy session. This service provides a convenient and effective way to stay engaged in treatment, leading to symptom relief and successful outcomes.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect
Schedule a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. We will get to know each other, define where you are now, and clarify where you want to go in the future.
2. Talk
We will meet regularly (either in person or over the phone/Telehealth) and I will guide you through the process I’ve developed just for you from my extensive toolbox of results-driven therapy techniques.
3. Grow
Since my treatment plans are tailored for your needs, most clients experience progress and measurable success within 10-12 weeks of starting therapy with me.
TELEHEALTH
If you are not in the St. Louis area or would just rather talk to someone from the comfort of your own home, I offer counseling and therapy services via phone and video chat.
IN PERSON
My office is centrally located in Kirkwood, MO at the corner of Madison and Kirkwood Rd. Location is easily accessible from major interstates such as I-44 I-270 and Highway 40/64. Of note, stairs are required to get to my office suite.
